Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Peak Media website or engaging our services.

1. Services

Peak Media, Inc. provides performance marketing services including media buying, campaign optimization, landing page audits, tracking audits, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables and fees are outlined in separate agreements.

2. No Guarantees

Important: We do not guarantee specific results, ROI, lead volumes, CPA/CPL targets, or any particular performance outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including offer quality, traffic sources, creative, budget, competition, and platform policies.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information
Grant necessary access to ad accounts and tools
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
Pay invoices according to the agreed terms

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Media, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
